First, we’ll chat to dive into the details: your vision, timeline, and preferred locations. Once we’ve found the perfect date and confirmed the plan, you’ll secure your spot with a non-refundable retainer. Then, it’s official—you’re booked!

How do I book a session?
Payments & Retainers | To secure your session, a 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due the day of our shoot.

How do I pay?
In addition to freelance photography, I’m currently balancing a full-time career and finishing my BAIA at UNM. Because I’m a one-woman show with limited weekly editing hours, my turnaround is currently 2 months for portraits.

What if the weather sabotages our outdoor session?

I’ll monitor the forecast as your session approaches and will reach out if any concerns arise. In the event of inclement weather, we can either pivot to an indoor session at Your Daily Studios for an additional $75 (subject to availability) or reschedule for a later outdoor date.
Can I have a breakdown of the session process, start to finish?

Step 1: Booking Once we’ve confirmed your date, time, and location, a non-refundable retainer (50% of your total) is required to secure your spot. Payment methods are listed in the "How do I pay?" section above.
Step 2: Preparation You’re officially booked! I will email you my Client Session Guide, which covers attire, lighting, and other helpful tips to ensure your session goes perfectly.
Step 3: Confirmation I’ll send a quick confirmation text the day before your session to make sure we are all set.
Step 4: The Session It’s shoot day! Standard and Lil’ Sesh sessions typically last about an hour, while Mini Sessions are 20 minutes.
Step 5: Proofing & Selection Two weeks after your session, I will send you a proof gallery. These images are culled and color-graded, but final retouching happens after you choose your favorites. Simply "heart" your top choices (15 for a Lil’ Sesh / 60 for a Standard Session) and notify me when your list is finalized.
Once notified, you’ll be added to my editing queue. I work on these during my dedicated weekend editing hours. I will text you as soon as your final gallery has been sent; if you haven't received a text, your images are still in the works!
Step 6: Final Delivery I will email you a link to your final high-resolution gallery. These files are yours to print and share. I highly recommend downloading them to a computer or cloud service immediately, as your online gallery will remain active for two years.
